| Applying the principle of synergy theory, this paper explores the research and innovation system and its constituent elements in local universities, analyzes the interrelationships between various elements, explains the collaborative meaning between each element, organizes the collaborative elements to generate an orderly structure, gathers into a powerful innovation force, promotes the development of scientific research and innovation, and provides useful collaborative ideas for improving the research and innovation capabilities of local universities. |
