      新时代高等教育面临新的机遇和挑战,技术信息化与社会多元化对师德师风建设提出了更高的要求。作为人才培养的重要阵地,理工科高校在师德师风建设上表现一定的特殊性 ,比如学科专业结构、师生思维方式等与其他类型高校不同。当前,理工科高校师德师风建设面临一定的现实困境,表现在多元文化对师德师风的冲击,体制机制建设相对滞后,实用主义挤压人文精神等。因此,需要通过构建良好的内外环境,完善师德师风建设机制,进一步拓展师德师风建设路径,具体表现在:压实责任,践行“四有”好老师要求;牢记使命,促进教育家精神、科学家精神、工匠精神融入师德师风建设;严明纪律,强化教师的法治和纪律教育;突出典型,营造尊师重教的良好氛围,为新时代理工科高校师德师风建设提供有效路径。

      In the new era, higher education is facing new opportunities and challenges, and technological informatization and social diversification have put forward higher requirements for the construction of teacher ethics and style. As an important battlefield for talent cultivation, science and engineering universities exhibit certain peculiarities in the construction of teacher ethics and style, such as disciplinary and professional structures, and teacher-student thinking patterns, which are different from other types of universities, and it is facing certain practical difficulties at present, manifested in the impact of multiculturalism on teacher ethics and style, relatively lagging institutional and mechanism construction, and pragmatism squeezing humanistic spirit. Therefore, it is necessary to build a good internal and external environment, improve the mechanism of teacher ethics and style construction, and further expand the path of teacher ethics and style construction, specifically manifested in: consolidating responsibilities and practicing the "good teachers with four attributes" requirements; Remembering the mission, promoting the integration of the spirit of educators, scientists, and craftsmen into the construction of teacher ethics and style; Strictly enforce discipline, strengthen teachers' rule of law and discipline education; Highlight typical examples, make respecting teachers a trend on campus, and explore effective paths for the construction of teacher ethics and style in science and engineering universities in the new era.
