      :近年来,受人为活动影响导致氮沉降日益加剧,对草地生态系统初级生产力产生直接影响。本研究以安徽省合肥市绿地系统的果岭草(Cynodon dactylon)作为研究对象,在铺设的果岭草草坪中选取样方进行模拟短期氮沉降模拟试验,设置4个处理:N0、低氮N1、中氮N2)和高氮的氮素(NH4NO3),对草坪样地进行喷施,进行株高、土壤pH值、土壤氮元素含量测定,并计算根冠比。研究结果表明:不同处理的果岭草株高表现为:N2>N1>N3>N0;0-5cm处中氮和高氮pH值下降明显,呈明显的酸化现象;根冠比随着施氮量的增加呈减小趋势;氮沉降直接增加草地土壤有效氮含量,随着施氮浓度的增加而增加。中氮水平的氮沉降处理有利于果岭草植株的生长以及生物量的积累,因而,中氮水平的氮沉降对亚热带地区果岭草生产力的提高具有促进作用。

      In recent years, nitrogen deposition has been increasingly exacerbated by human activities, directly affecting the primary productivity of grassland ecosystems. This study takes Cynodon dactylon in the green space system of Hefei City, Anhui Province as the research object. Samples were selected from the laid Cynodon dactylon lawn for short-term nitrogen deposition simulation experiments. Four treatments were set up: N0、 Spraying low nitrogen (N1), medium nitrogen (N2), and high nitrogen (NH4NO3) on lawn plots, measuring plant height, soil pH, soil nitrogen content, and calculating root shoot ratio. The research results indicate that the plant height of green grass treated differently is as follows: N2>N1>N3>N0;The pH values of medium and high nitrogen at 0-5cm decrease significantly, showing a noticeable acidification phenomenon; The root shoot ratio shows a decreasing trend with the increase of nitrogen application rate; Nitrogen deposition directly increases the available nitrogen content in grassland soil, which increases with the increase of nitrogen application concentration. The nitrogen deposition treatment at medium nitrogen levels is beneficial for the growth and biomass accumulation of green grass plants. Therefore, nitrogen deposition at medium nitrogen levels has a promoting effect on the productivity of green grass in subtropical regions.
