| 人才问题是影响城市生命线安全工程高质量发展的核心问题。本研究通过实证调研安徽省城市生命线安全工程人才现状，识别人才发展的关键影响因素，建立安徽省城市生命线安全工程人才发展指标体系。通过主成分分析法提取出四个有效主成分，进行综合分析后并计算出各指标所占权重值。实证结果表明，政策支持、额外福利、职位晋升和培训机会是当前影响安徽省城市生命线安全工程人才发展的重要指标，并基于此提出相关人才高质量发展的建议意见。 |

| Talent issue is the core issue affecting the high-quality development of urban lifeline safety engineering. This study empirically investigates the current situation of talents in urban lifeline safety engineering in Anhui Province, identifies the key factors influencing the development of talents, and establishes an indicator system for the development of talents in urban lifeline safety engineering in Anhui Province. Four effective principal components are extracted by principal component analysis, and the weights of each indicator are calculated with the comprehensive analysis. The empirical results show that policy support, additional benefits, promotion and training opportunities are the important indicators for the development of talents in urban lifeline safety engineering in Anhui Province, and the recommendations for the high-quality development of the relevant talents are proposed accordingly. |
