      为量化分析高层建筑外立面火灾事故的风险因素,采用决策实验室分析法、解释结构模型和交叉影响矩阵相乘法,揭示火灾风险因素的多层递阶结构以及内在联系。利用决策实验室分析法对系统中各个影响因素之间的因果关系进行定量分析;运用解释结构模型通过矩阵运算和图形展示,将系统中的各个影响因素按照层次结构进行分解和解释;遵循交叉影响矩阵相乘的研究方法,进一步分析各层级影响因素的属性特征。结果表明:高层建筑外立面火灾事故的风险因素存在7个关键影响因素、2个本质因素、10个直接影响因素。
英文摘要:
      In order to quantitatively analyze the risk factors of high-rise building facade fire accidents, the decision laboratory analysis, interpretive structural model and cross influence matrix multiplication were applied to reveal the multi-layer hierarchical structure and the internal relation of each factor. The decision laboratory analysis was used to quantitatively analyze the causal relationship among the factors in the system. Through the matrix operation and graph display, the ISM model was used to decompose and explain each cause factor in the system according to the hierarchy structure. According to the research method of cross-influence matrix multiplication, the attribute characteristics of each level of contributing factors were further analyzed. The results show that there are 7 key factors, 2essential factors and 10 direct factors in the risk factors of high-rise building facade fire accidents.
