| 对公园城市的概念、源起、发展以及内涵进行深入分析，以探讨其价值、评价体系及构建。使用 CiteSpace软件筛选中国知网相关文献，运用关键词共现分析法对研究主题现状进行可视化分析，发现公园城市的理论研究多集中于内涵和价值体系，实践聚焦生态建设和城市更新，对文化、社会和美学等价值实现关注不足。评价体系构建较完善，但侧重客观数据和量化分析，对居民主观感受和需求关注少，对城市不同利益主体互动影响研究不够。各地建设实践成效有差异，如成都市已制定政策标准，探索创新运营管理新模式。 |

| The concept, origin, development and connotation of Park City are analyzed to discuss the in-depth value, evaluation system and construction. Using the CiteSpace software to analyze the Park City-related literature on CNKI, and the keyword co-occurrence analysis method to visualize the current status of the topic. The result shows that the theoretical research on Park City focuses on its connotation and value system, and the practice on ecological construction and urban renewal, with insufficient study on the realization of cultural, social and aesthetic values. The evaluation system is well-constructed, but focuses more on objective data and quantitative analysis rather than the subjective feelings and needs of residents or the impact of interaction between different city stakeholders. The Park City practice has different impacts in different cities, and Chengdu has proposed policies and a new mode of operation and management. |
