      以合肥市采用平面U型设计的某高层建筑为工程背景,因其高位连廊结构存在扭转、凹凸和楼板不连续情况,属于不规则高层建筑结构,故对其整体结构及高位连廊开展抗震性能研究。多遇地震下,采用YJK软件对整体结构进行弹性分析;罕遇地震下,采用Midas Building软件对整体结构进行静力弹塑性分析;并对钢桁架连廊的楼板所承受的应力及杆件节点进行了性能分析。多项分析结果表明,整体结构达到预定的抗震性能目标,钢桁架连廊各项指标满足规范要求。

      Taking a high-rise building in Hefei City with the planar U-shape design as an example, the seismic performance research is carried out on its overall structure and high-rise corridor, for it has irregular high-rise building structure with a high-rise corridor with torsion, concavity, convexity, and discontinuity of the floor slabs. YJK software is used to perform elastic analysis of the overall structure under multiple earthquakes and Midas Building software to perform static elastic-plastic analysis of the overall structure under rare earthquakes. The stresses on the floor slabs of the steel truss corridors and the performance of the rod nodes are also analyzed. The results show that the overall structure reaches the predetermined seismic performance target, and the indexes of the steel truss corridor meet the code requirements.
