| 基层公务员创新绩效事关我国基层治理现代化进程。基于自我决定理论，探究服务型领导对基层公务员创新绩效的影响，以及组织自尊的中介作用和领导政治技能的调节作用。对国内504份基层公务员调查问卷的研究显示：服务型领导对基层公务员组织自尊及其创新绩效均有直接促进作用；基层公务员组织自尊在服务型领导与创新绩效之间发挥部分中介作用；领导政治技能正向调节服务型领导对组织自尊的正向作用，同时正向调节服务型领导对创新绩效的正向作用。研究丰富了基层公务员创新绩效相关成果，能为深化基层治理改革提供理论参考与实践启示。 |

| The innovative performance of grassroots civil servants has a bearing on the modernization process of grassroots governancein China. Based on self-determination theory，the effects of servant leadership on the innovative performance of grassroots civil servantsare explored，as well as the mediating role of organization-based self-esteem and the moderating role of leader political skills. A studyof 504 questionnaires from grassroots civil servants in China shows that servant leadership has a direct effect on both organizationbased self-esteem and innovation performance of grassroots civil servants；organization-based self-esteem of grassroots civil servantsplays a partly mediating role in the relationship between servant leadership and innovation performance；political skills of grassrootscivil servants' leadership positively moderates the positive effect of servant leadership on organization-based self-esteem，and at thesame time positively moderates the positive effect of servant leadership on innovation performance. and positively moderates the positiveeffect of servant leadership on innovation performance. The study enriches the results related to the innovative performance of grassrootscivil servants, and can provide theoretical references and practical insights for deepening the reform of grassroots governance. |
