| 在国土空间规划体系建立实施的背景下,以合肥都市圈52个区县单元为研究对象,运用综合评价模型、修正后的耦合协调度模型测度合肥都市圈“三生”功能综合发展水平和耦合协调水平并描述其特征,同时依据两者之间的相互作用程度划分空间功能分区,并据此提出调控建议。结果表明：(1)研究区“三生”综合功能呈现“南高北低”的空间分布特征,且生产-生活-生态用地空间分异明显,呈现以合肥、芜湖、蚌埠为主导的生产空间,依山、环湖、临江的生态空间和城镇生活主导的生活空间集聚特征；(2)研究区“三生”功能耦合协调水平在空间上呈现以合肥、芜湖、蚌埠为中心,圈层式向外延伸的空间结构特征,且具有显著的空间集聚现象；(3)依据“三生”综合功能发展水平和耦合协调水平强弱将研究区划分为6个空间功能分区,并基于此提出国土空间功能分区优化策略。 |

| Under the background of the establishment and implementation of the territorial spatial planning system, this paper takes 52 district and county units in Hefei metropolitan area as the research object, identifies the spatial distribution characteristics and coupling coordination characteristics of their "Production-Living-Ecological" functions, divides the spatial function regions according to the interaction degree between them, and puts forward the regulation strategies accordingly. As a result, (1) the comprehensive function of "production, living, and ecological land" shows the spatial distribution characteristics of "southern highlands and northern lowlands", and the spatial differentiation of production, living and ecological areas is clear, and the accumulation characteristics of the production space dominated by Hefei, Wuhu and Jinpu, ecological space dominated by mountains, lakes and rivers, and living space dominated by urban life are shown. (2) Within the study area, the functional interdependence and coordination among the "Production-Living-Ecological" sectors exhibit distinct spatial structural characteristics, with Hefei, Wuhu, and Bengbu serving as pivotal points. This pattern extends outward in a circular fashion, accompanied by a notable spatial agglomeration phenomenon. (3) According to the level of development of integrated functions and the level of integration and coordination, the study area was divided into six spatial functional zones, and based on this, an optimization strategy for territorial spatial functional zoning was proposed. |
