基于“双碳”目标视角,根据2012-2023年我国30个省份建筑业面板数据,采用包含非期望产出的超效率SBM模型对建筑业绿色技术创新效率进行测度,并使用Tobit回归分析建筑业绿色技术创新效率的影响因素。研究发现:我国建筑业绿色技术创新效率处于中上水平,整体上呈现波动上升的趋势,在空间上呈现出“东中西”阶梯式递减的特征;处于“高效率地区”的省份数量显著增多;产业高级化和科技创新水平对建筑业绿色技术创新效率存在显著的提升作用,经济发展水平和建筑业产业集聚度也存在促进作用但不显著,建筑业产业规模和环境规制则与绿色技术创新效率负相关。 |

Based on the perspective of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, the super-efficiency dynamic network SBM model was used to measure green technology innovation efficiency of construction industry in 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2023, and a panel Tobit regression model was used to test the impact of external factors on the efficiencies. The results show that: The overall development of the green technology innovation efficiency in construction industry is above the average, and shows a fluctuating upward trend; The green technology innovation efficiency of China’s construction industry presents a stepwise spatial distribution pattern of “east-middle-west” decreasing; More provinces have been included in the category of “high-efficiency provinces”; Industrial upgrading and technological innovation have a significant positive impact on the development of local areas’ green technology innovation efficiency of construction industry. Economic development and industry cluster will promote the efficiency, but it’s not significant. The improvement of industrial scale and environmental regulation are not conducive to the development of green technology innovation efficiency. |
