为量化分析高层建筑外立面火灾事故的风险因素,通过决策实验室分析法、解释结构模型和交叉影响矩阵相乘法的方法,分析高层建筑外立面火灾的影响因素,揭示其多层递阶结构以及各因素间的内在联系与作用机理。采用决策实验室分析法定量分析系统中各个影响因素之间因果关系;运用解释结构模型通过矩阵运算和图形展示,将系统中的系统中各个影响因素按照层次结构进行分解和解释;遵循交叉影响矩阵相乘的研究方法,进一步分析各层级影响因素的属性特征。结果表明:高层建筑外立面火灾事故的风险因素存在7个关键影响因素,两个本质因素,10个直接影响因素,以上结果以期为提升我国高层建筑火灾防治提供政策建议。 |

In order to quantitatively analyze the risk factors of high-rise building facade fire accidents, the influencing factors of high-rise building facade fire were analyzed by decision laboratory analysis , interpretive structural model and cross influence matrix multiplication . The multilayer hierarchical structure and the internal relation and mechanism of each factor are revealed. Decision laboratory analysis was used to quantitatively analyze the causal relationship among the factors in the system. Through the matrix operation and graph display, the ISM model is used to decompose and explain each cause factor in the system according to the hierarchy structure. According to the research method of cross-influence matrix multiplication , the attribute characteristics of each level of contributing factors were further analyzed. The results show that there are 7 key factors, 2 essential factors and 11 direct factors in the risk factors of high-rise building facade fire accidents. The above results are expected to provide policy suggestions for improving the fire prevention and control of high-rise buildings in China. |
