      摘 要:合肥市某高层建筑采用平面U型设计,并带有高位连廊,其结构存在扭转、凹凸和楼板不连续,属于不规则高层建筑结构。多遇地震下,为了分析连廊对整体结构的影响,采用YJK软件对整体结构进行弹性分析;罕遇地震下,采用Midas Building软件对整体结构进行静力弹塑性分析;最后用YJK软件对钢桁架连廊的楼板所承受的应力及杆件节点进行了性能分析。经多项分析结果表明,整体结构能达到预定的抗震性能目标,钢桁架连廊各项指标满足规范要求。

      Abstract: A high-rise building in Hefei adopts plane U-shaped design with high-rise corridor, and its structure has torsion, concave-convex and discontinuous floor, which belongs to irregular high-rise building structure. In order to analyze the influence of corridor on the whole structure under frequent earthquakes, YJK software is used to analyze the elasticity of the whole structure. Under the rare earthquake, Midas Building software is used to carry out static elastic-plastic analysis of the whole structure. Finally, YJK software is used to analyze the stress on the floor of the steel truss corridor and the performance of the bar joints. A number of analysis results show that the overall structure can achieve the predetermined seismic performance goals, and the indicators of the steel truss corridor meet the requirements of the code.
