| 商业文化型历史街区在推动区域经济发展同时，对城市历史风貌和文化内涵造成一定程度的负面影响。城市织补理论提倡尊重现状，采用渐进式更新策略，旨在保护历史文化的原真性、维护空间格局的完整性并增加经济发展的可持续性。文章在解析织补理论概念内涵的基础上，以呼和浩特市典型的商业文化型历史街区公主府历史文化街区作为分析案例，对呼和浩特市的历史人文特征与场地内的固有建筑特点进行研究，结合街区所面临的环境现状问题，提出空间织补、“市景”织补等更新策略与设计方法，旨在平衡城市发展与历史保护。 |

| The commercial and cultural historical blocks promote the regional economy, but also cause negative impacts on the historical landscape and cultural connotation of the city. The urban darning theory respects the status quo, promoting the progressive renewal strategy for historical culture authenticity, spatial pattern integrity and economic sustainability. Based on the conceptual connotation of the darning theory, this paper takes Princess Mansion historical and cultural block, the typical commercial and cultural historical block of Hohhot, as a case to study the historical and cultural characteristics of Hohhot as well as the inherent architectural characteristics of the site. Considering the current environmental problems, the renewal strategies of spatial darning and city view darning are promoted to balance urban development and historical protection |
