      依据教育部发布的《高等学校实验室安全检查项目表》(2023版)的检查要点初选了40个评价指标,利用德尔菲法(Delphi)优化、筛选了22项关键指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法(EWM)科学计算主客观权重,通过综合权重赋值法将主观与客观赋值法融合,确定最终权重。最后,利用TOPSIS法对某校15个实验中心进行安全风险评价,得出评价排序结果。经过实际情况分析,构建的基于AHP-EWM-TOPSIS模型的实验室安全风险评价方法,修正主观偏见,实现系统层次化、客观赋值化进行综合分析指标权重,能够解决多指标下的综合评价问题。
英文摘要:
      According to the inspection key points of the Laboratory Safety Inspection List of Universities (2023 edition) issued by the Ministry of Education, 40 evaluation indicators were selected, 22 key indicators were optimized and screened by Delphi method, and subjective and objective weights were calculated scientifically by AHP and entropy weight method. The final weight is determined by integrating subjective and objective weight assignment methods. Finally, TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the safety risk of 15 experimental centers in a certain school, and the evaluation ranking results are obtained. After the actual situation analysis, the laboratory safety risk assessment method based on AHP-EWM-TOPSIS model is constructed, which corrects the subjective bias, realizes the system hierarchy and objective assignment for comprehensive analysis of index weights, and solves the problem of comprehensive evaluation under multiple indicators.
