促进跨区域重大基础设施建设与国土空间保护开发格局的协同是现阶段国土空间治理的重要研究方向。以引江济淮安徽段沿线地区为研究对象,采用历年土地利用遥感数据分析该地区“生产-生活-生态”空间(“三生”空间)演化过程和特征,综合研判上、中、下游“三生”空间的功能定位,并运用土地利用模拟技术对沿线地区土地利用进行降尺度分段模拟。结果表明:过去30年的快速城镇化时期,引江济淮安徽段沿线地区“三生”空间演化剧烈,演化趋势不合理;模拟至2030年,该地区“三生”空间整体数量结构稳定,比例结构未发生明显变化,下游生产空间比例、中游生活空间比例和上游生态空间比例增长明显。 |

The synergy of cross-regional major infrastructure construction and the pattern of land space protection and development isan important part in land space governance. This article took the area along the Yangtze-to-Huaihe water diversion project (YHWP) inAnhui province as the research object, using historical land use remote sensing data to study the evolution process and characteristicsof the production-living-ecological (PLE) space and the functional positioning of the PLE space in the upstream, middle, anddownstream areas. By applying land use simulation technology, the land use in the study area was simulated at a downscaled level. Theresults showed that during the 30-year rapid urbanization period, the evolution of the PLE space was dramatic and the trendwas unreasonable. However, by 2030, the overall spatial structure of the PLE space would be stable in terms of quantity, and the ratiostructure was bacisally unchanged, with the proportion of downstream production space, midstream living space and upstream ecological spaceincreased significantly. |
