| 加强新型城市建设是实现中国式城市现代化的重要任务，宜居城市是新型城市建设的出发点与归宿，集中体现了城市居民对美好生活的需要。历史地看，宜居城市的理念经历了从改善城市功能布局的功能宜居、解决发展中“城市病”问题的发展宜居到促进居民高品质生活的品质宜居的演变历程。当前，我国宜居城市建设仍然存在“宜居”理念落后、“宜居”环境不美、“宜居”服务不优、“住有所居”短板等问题。基于“四生一体”模型，建构宜居城市建设机理，提出要围绕宜“人”、宜“业”、宜“游”、宜“住”、宜“情”等维度，着力转变城市发展理念，夯实城市发展基础，破解难点堵点痛点，不断增强居民幸福感、安全感与归宿感。 |

| Strengthening the construction of new cities is an important task for the modernisation of Chinese-style cities.Livable cities are the starting point and destination of new urban construction, which focuses on the needs of urban residents for a better life.Historically, the concept of livable cities has evolved from functional livability to improve the functional layout of cities, to developmental livability to solve the problem of "urban diseases" in development, to quality livability to promote a high quality of life for residents.At present, China's livable city construction still exists "livable" concept backward, "livable" environment is not beautiful, "livable" service is not good, "live with a home" short board and other problems.Based on the model of "four lives in one", the mechanism of livable city construction is constructed.Proposed to focus on the "people", "business", "tourism", "live", "love" and other dimensions, focusing on changing the concept of urban development, consolidating the foundation of urban development, cracking the difficulties and pain points, and constantly enhance the residents' sense of happiness, security and sense of belonging. |
