      促进跨区域重大基础设施建设与国土空间保护开发格局的协同是现阶段国土空间治理的重要研究领域。本文以引江济淮(安徽段)沿线地区为研究对象,采用历年土地利用遥感数据分析引江济淮沿线地区"生产-生活-生态"空间演化过程和特征。综合研判引江济淮沿线地区“上、中、下”游"生产-生活-生态"空间的功能定位;运用土地利用模拟技术,对沿线地区土地利用进行降尺度分段模拟。结果表明:过去30年的快速城镇化时期,"生产-生活-生态"空间演化剧烈,演化趋势不合理。降尺度功能导向下分段土地利用模拟结果符合区域"生产-生活-生态"空间优化的目标,模拟至2030年引江济淮沿线地区"生产-生活-生态"空间整体数量结构稳定,整个区域"生产-生活-生态"空间比例结构未发生明显变化。下游生产空间比例、中游生活空间比例和上游生态空间比例增长明显。模拟结果符合未来引江济淮沿线地区"生产-生活-生态"空间发展的目标导向和国土空间发展战略需求,可以为引江济淮沿线地区制订空间发展策略和空间管制措施提供科学依据。
英文摘要:
      Promoting the synergy between major infrastructure construction and the pattern of land and space protection and development is an important research field of land and space governance at this stage. Taking the areas along the Jiangjihuai (Anhui section) as the research object, this paper uses land use remote sensing data over the years to analyze the evolution process and characteristics of the“Production-Living-Ecological” Spaces along the Jiangjiang Jihuai. Comprehensively study and judge the functional positioning of the "three life spaces" in the "upstream, middle and downstream" areas along the Jihuai River; and use land use simulation technology to simulate land use in areas along the line. The results show that during the rapid urbanization period in the past 30 years, the "three living spaces" have evolved violently and the evolutionary trend is unreasonable. The functional-oriented downscale segmental land use simulation results are in line with the goal of regional“Production-Living-Ecological”Spaces optimization. By 2030, the overall quantitative structure of“Production-Living-Ecological”Spaces in the area along Jiangjihuai will be stable, and the proportional structure of“Production-Living-Ecological”Spaces in the whole region has not changed significantly. The proportion of downstream production space, the proportion of living space in the middle reaches and the proportion of upstream ecological space have increased significantly. The simulation results are in line with the goal orientation of the development of “Production-Living-Ecological”Spaces and the needs of land and space development strategies in the areas leading the Jihua River in the future. They can provide a scientific basis for the formulation of space development strategies and space control measures in the areas along the Jihua River.
