| 迁村并点是近年来我国乡村发展的一项重大改革，为“三农”问题解决提供思路，却也改变了乡村居住形式，一定程度上阻碍了乡村居住环境可持续发展。通过对迁村并点推动下滁州市乡村住宅景观的调查，分析了院落式、多层式和传统式等三种住宅景观现状和问题。基于此，提出因地制宜的选址和布局，复合型的功能空间，及院落景观单元体等三种乡村住宅景观设计策略。以期协调政府 - 村民两大利益主体之间的博弈，从而实现乡村建设发展的可持续。 |

| Relocation and merge of villages has been a major reform in China's rural development in recent years. It helps to solveissues relating to agriculture，rural areas and farmers，but also changes rural residential forms，which to a certain extent hindersthe sustainable development of the rural living environment. Through an investigation of the rural residential landscapes of relocationand merge of villages in Chuzhou City，this study analyzed the current status and problems of three types of residential landscapes：courtyard-style，multi-story style，and traditional-style，and proposed three design strategies for rural residential landscapes：siteselection and layout based on local conditions，composite functional spaces，and courtyard landscape units，to reconcile the interestsof the government and villagers，hence to realize the sustainable development of rural construction. |
