| 传统民居的改造从过去“推倒重来”逐渐向渐进式更新转变，旨在保留传统民居的价值、延续文化内涵。本文从地域文化的角度出发，分析了祁门县“圆磨形排列”的传统聚落空间，以及传统民居的平面、空间、立面、色彩、材质，总结了该地区传统建筑现状中存在聚落肌理破坏、传统空间格局和审美意境脱节、外立面材质和色彩丢失、建筑结构损坏和建筑文化缺失的问题，明确了强调因地制宜、体现时代理性、弘扬传统文化的改造目标、五项原则以及三项方法，提出延续聚落肌理、改造建筑实体和延续地域文化价值的改造策略，以实现聚落空间肌理和传统建筑风貌的延续。 |

| The transformation of traditional residential buildings has gradually shifted from "pushing down and starting over" in thepast to gradual renewal，aiming to preserve the value of traditional residential buildings and continue cultural connotations. From theperspective of regional culture，this article analyzes the traditional settlement space and traditional residential style characteristics inQimen County，summarizes the problems in the current situation of traditional architecture in the region and the necessity of integratingregional culture into traditional residential renovation. It clarifies the goals，principles，and methods of traditional building renovationbased on regional cultural inheritance，and proposes renovation strategies from the macro settlement level to the micro individual level，to achieve the continuity of the texture of settlement space and traditional architectural style. |
