姿态控制是保证超大框架箱涵中继间法顶进施工顺利实施的关键技术问题之一,然而目前尚无便捷有效的控制措施。基于此,文章研究了针对该技术难题的关键技术,实现了超大框架箱涵中继间顶进过程中小偏移量的姿态控制及时预警与自动纠偏,减少施工人员人工操作。文章结合合肥市铜陵北路下穿铁路股道群超大框架箱涵中继间顶进施工工程实例,详细说明了该关键技术,并结合工程实施效果验证了其有效性。 |

Attitude control is one of the key technical problems to ensure the implementation of jacking construction of super-largeframe box culvert that yet to be handled. Hence,a key technology for the in-time warning and auto correction of small offsets in thejacking process between super-large frame box culvert relays with less manual operations was studied and the effectiveness was verifiedin combination with the jacking construction project of super large frame box culvert relay room of Tongling North Road underpassrailway track group in Hefei. |
