| 基于复愈性环境理论，以南京市水墨大埝乡村旅游区为案例地，采用实地问卷调查的方法开展乡村环境的复愈能力研究，以PDRQ为测量框架，采用问卷调查法收集顾客的自检压力水平及复愈性感知数据，分析不同环境因子的复愈能力。结果表明：自然环境比人工环境具有更高的复愈效果；特定高压力群体如女性、学生和年轻人在具有互动体验的景区中复愈效果显著；游客对乡村旅游目的地的“兼容性”和“广度”评价较高，且更偏好宽敞宁静的景区。结果为乡村环境设计提供理论依据，提出四个乡村环境提升策略：自然元素的景观融合策略、互动体验的针对性设计策略、人工景观的生态优化策略、多感知维度的深化体验策略，旨在增强游客的旅游体验并支持乡村旅游业的可持续发展。 |

| Combined with the popular trend of suburban rural tourism in recent years, based on the theory of restorative environment, taking the restorative environment of suburban rural areas as the research object, and taking Nanjing Shuimo Dadi Rural Tourism Area as the research site, we used the method of field questionnaire survey to carry out rural environment research. Research on healing ability, with a view to providing theoretical basis and practical methods for tourism-oriented suburban rural environmental design. The questionnaire uses PDRQ as the measurement framework, uses different environmental factors as variables, and takes tourists with different self-assessed stress levels as the survey objects. The results show that: the natural environment has a higher recovery effect than the artificial environment; specific high-stress groups such as women, students and young people have significant recovery effects in scenic spots with interactive experiences; tourists have higher evaluations of "compatibility" and "breadth" , and prefer spacious and quiet scenic spots. Based on these findings, four rural environment improvement strategies are proposed: landscape integration strategy of natural elements, targeted design strategy of interactive experience, ecological optimization strategy of artificial landscape, and deepening experience strategy of multi-sensory dimensions, aiming to enhance tourists' tourism experience and support the sustainable development of rural tourism. |
