以无尘洁净室为研究对象,模拟研究了典型火源位置下薄涂型防火涂料对铝合金框架结构的保护作用,分析了火灾烟气蔓延和铝合金框架温度变化情况,定性评估了涂料的防火隔热效果。结果表明:火源在洁净室中间时,火灾烟气沿顶棚迅速蔓延至两端,在火源达到最大热释放速率时,顶部约 1/3 面积的铝合金处在温度高于 80 ℃的烟气中。相同火灾场景下,喷涂防火涂料可以使火源正上方的铝型材温升减少 70 ~ 90 ℃,降低因高温造成的强度折减;侧面铝合金温度在有 / 无喷涂防火涂料时,温度变化幅度都不大,强度折减可以忽略。 |

Taking a clean room as the research object,the effect of thinly applied fireproof coating on the aluminum alloy frames withtypical fire source locations was studied. The smoke spreading and temperature variation of aluminum alloy in the fire were analyzed,and the fireproof effect of coating was evaluated qualitatively. The results show that when the fire source was in the center of the cleanroom,the smoke spread rapidly along the ceiling to both ends,and about 1/3 aluminum alloy of the top ceiling was in the smoke withtemperature higher than 80 ℃ when the fire source reached the maximum heat release rate. Under the same fire condition,the fireproofcoating can suppress the temperature increase of the aluminum alloy directly above the fire source by 70 ~ 90 ℃,reducing the strengthloss caused by high temperature. With or without fireproof coating,the temperature change of the side aluminum alloy is not large,andthe strength depreciation can be neglected |
