为优化预制底板伸出胡子筋造成运输难度大、施工不便等问题,提出了一种带预埋角钢连接件的叠合板 - 钢梁装配式梁板节点,并将其与出筋的装配式梁板节点和不出筋的装配式梁板节点进行了低周往复荷载加载试验,并分析 3 组试件的破坏形式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、割线刚度以及能量耗散的差异性,并基于有限元建立了单调荷载下梁板节点模型,将其与往复荷载下的节点横向抗剪承载力对比。结果表明:角钢连接件减小了钢梁与叠合板之间的相对滑移,起到抗剪连接件的作用,提高了钢与混凝土之间的组合效应和抗震性能;设置角钢连接件,避免了叠合板底板伸出胡子筋带来的施工不便等问题 。往复荷载下的梁板节点的横向承载力比单向荷载下降低了 20.6%;横向荷载下,角钢连接件的根部应力最大,角钢上的钢筋也参与了抗剪工作,起到了增强预制层与现浇层的叠合性能的作用。 |

In order to optimize the problems of difficult transportation and inconvenient construction caused by the protruding ribsof prefabricated bottom plate,a composite plate-steel beam assembly beam plate joint with embedded Angle steel connectors wasproposed,and the low cyclic loading test was carried out with the assembled beam plate joint and the assembled beam plate joint withoutreinforcement. The differences of failure forms,hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,secant stiffness and energy dissipation of the threegroups of specimens were analyzed, and a beam-plate joint model under monotonic load was established based on the finite elementmethod,which was compared with the transverse shear capacity of the joints under reciprocating load. The results show that the Anglesteel connector reduces the relative slip between the steel beam and the laminated plate,plays the role of the shear connector,andimproves the combination effect and seismic performance between steel and concrete. The Angle steel connecting piece is set to avoid theconstruction inconvenience caused by the extension of the beard bar on the bottom plate of the laminated plate. The transverse bearingcapacity of the beam and plate joints under reciprocating load is 20.6% lower than that under unidirectional load.
