This article is based on the requirements of a PHEV model from a certain car company, and has developed and designed a safe and reliable power battery system. The article provides a detailed analysis and introduction of the structural composition of the power battery system and the structure of the thermal management system, and conducts a simulation analysis of the mechanical and thermal management performance of the system. Through simulation analysis, the safety and reliability of the power battery system can be verified, and the results also indicate the rationality and feasibility of the design of the power battery system, providing a certain theoretical basis for subsequent system structure optimization and experimental verification. |
