结合自然实验法和双重差分模型,选取 2010 ~ 2020 年全国各省市相关统计数据,分别从能源消耗、污染物排放、环境治理、建筑业效能四个维度来测算节能政策对我国建筑业产生的影响。研究结果显示,在能源消耗方面,不同地区节能政策的实施对建筑业能耗的影响存在差异,夏热冬冷地区的能耗显著高于局部夏热冬冷地区;关于污染物排放,节能政策对我国建筑行业的污染物排放有着抑制作用,夏热冬冷地区抑制作用略低;在环境治理方面,节能政策实施前后的环境治理工作变化并不明显;在建筑业效能上,节能政策的影响在不同地区有所差异,夏热冬冷地区的建筑业效能略低于局部夏热冬冷地区。 |

Combined with the natural experiment method and the difference-in-differences model,the relevant statistical data ofvarious provinces and cities were selected from 2010 to 2020 to measure the impact of energy conservation policies on the constructionindustry from four dimensions:energy consumption,pollutant emission,environmental governance and efficiency of the constructionindustry. The results show that,in terms of energy consumption,different regions have different impacts on the energy consumptionof the construction industry. The energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter areas is significantly higher than that in local hotsummer and cold winter areas. About the emission of pollutants,the energy-saving policy has a suppressive effect on the emission ofpollutants in the construction industry in our country,the hot summer and cold winter area inhibition effect is slightly lower;In theaspect of environmental governance,the change of environmental governance before and after the implementation of energy-savingpolicy is not obvious;In terms of the efficiency of the construction industry,the impact of the energy-saving policy varies in differentregions. The efficiency of the construction industry in the hot summer and cold winter area is slightly lower than that in the local hotsummer and cold winter area. |
