      矿用 FBD 轴流风机煤矿井下使用广泛,但因噪声较大,影响了使用效果。通过对某风量为 700m3/min 的轴流风机进行噪声测量,发现进出口频率特征呈宽频状,而风机出口整体噪声值高于进口噪声值,对整机噪声贡献最大。针对以上问题,设计了矩形槽阻性消声器与圆形槽阻性消声器,通过建立声学模型和流体模型,分析两者的声学特性,并对传递损失进行仿真计算,最终确定矩形槽消声器为设计方案。并对其内部插片进行结构优化,使得消声器最大压力从 1 067.84 Pa 降低到 300.00 Pa,最大湍动能从 100.00 m2s2 降低至 50.00 m2s2,在最大风量处压力损失从 740 Pa 降低到 78 Pa。经试验,测得安装消声器后最大降噪量为16 dB,最大噪声值为 81.1 dBA,低于规定噪声限值 85 dBA,达到整机噪声优化目标。
英文摘要:
      Mining FBD axial flow fan is widely used in underground coal mining,but its effect is affected because of its high noise.The noise measurement of an axial flow fan with an air volume of 700 m3/min shows that the inlet and outlet frequency characteristicsare broadband,and the overall noise value of the fan outlet is higher than that of the inlet, which makes the largest noise of the wholemachine. In view of the above problems,rectangular and circular groove resistance mufflers are designed. By establishing the acousticand fluid models,the acoustic characteristics of the two mufflers are analyzed,and the transmission loss is simulated and calculated,and the rectangular groove muffler design is finally selected. With the structure optimization of the internal insert,the maximumpressure of the muffler reduced from 1 067.84 Pa to 300.00 Pa,the maximum turbulent kinetic energy from 100.00 m2s2 to 50.00 m2s2,and the pressure loss at the maximum air volume from 740 Pa to 78 Pa. The maximum noise reduction with the muffler is 16 dB,and themaximum noise value is 81.1 dBA,which is lower than the limit of 85 dBA,reaching the optimization target of the whole machine.
