以类矩形盾构隧道和宁波淤泥质黏土为研究对象,开展标准固结试验和三轴压缩试验,得到淤泥质黏土的物理力学指标。采用 Subloading Tij 有限元计算软件模拟土体参数,确定有限元计算用参数。建立类矩形盾构隧道施工环境影响的有限元计算分析模型,对不同本构模型模拟计算、分析隧道施工应力释放率为10% 的施工影响、隧道掘进对不同桩长、不同近接程度的建筑物的影响及设置隔离桩的保护效果。结果表明,采用 tij 本构模型弹塑性水土耦合分析,较准确地模拟了宁波高灵敏度淤泥质黏土性质。隧道施工应力释放率为 10% 时,接近实际施工工况。对于桩底位于隧道侧上方的建筑物,隧道施工环境对其影响最大。采用隔离桩措施进行加固,当桩底埋深小于隧道底时,加固效果较明显,桩顶水平位移减少约 30%,桩顶沉降减少约50%。 |

Taking quasi-rectangle shield and Ningbo silty clay as the research objects,standard consolidation tests and triaxialcompression tests were conducted to obtain physical and mechanical indices of silty clay. The Subloading tij finite element calculationsoftware was used to simulate the soil parameters and determine the parameters for finite element calculations. A finite elementcalculation and analysis model for the impact of quasi-rectangle shield construction environment was developed. After simulating thedifferent constitutive models and selecting the tunnel construction stress release rate,the impact of tunnel excavation on buildings withdifferent pile lengths and different degrees of proximity,as well as the protective effect of installing isolation piles were investigated. Theresults show that the elastoplastic water-soil coupling analysis using the tij constitutive model is a more accurate simulation of the highsensitivity silty clay properties in Ningbo. The tunnel construction stress release rate of 10% is close to the actual construction conditions.Tunnel construction has the greatest impact on the construction environment as the pile bottom is located above the side of the tunnel.The reinforcement by isolation pile measures is more effective when isolation piles are adopted for reinforcement,and the buried depthof the pile bottom is less than that of the tunnel bottom. The horizontal displacement of the pile top is reduced by about 30%,and thesettlement of the pile top is reduced by about 50%. |
