为了研究盾构机吊装对既有地下结构竖向位移的影响,以合肥市地铁一号线火车站站前广场既有无粘结预应力结构上方盾构机吊装施工为工程背景,采用数值模拟的方法,分析了盾构吊装过程中,吊装荷载对既有地下结构的响应。结果表明:在左、右线分别进行吊装时,最大竖向位移分别为 25.097 mm 和 25.311mm;以最大竖向位移出现处为中心,在盾构轴线及垂直于轴线方向上的竖向位移与距中心的距离成不同的函数关系,且变化率不同;根据拟合函数,得到GaussAmp 及 Asymptotic1 函数模型中常数参数在实际工况中所代表的意义。研究成果对盾构机吊装时保证既有结构安全具有一定指导作用。 |

To study the vertical displacement of the existing underground structure caused by shield hoisting,the numerical simulationmethod was used,taking the shield hoisting above the existing unbonded prestressed structure in front of the station square of HefeiMetro Line 1 as an example,to analyze the displacement response of the lifting load to the existing underground structure in the hoistingprocess. The results show that the maximum vertical displacement is 25.097 mm and 25.311 mm when the left and right lines arehoisted,respectively. Taking the place where the maximum vertical displacement occurs as the center,the vertical displacement in theshield axis and perpendicular to the axis have different functional relationships with the distance from the center,and the change rateis different. According to the fitting function,the practice significance of constant parameters in GaussAmp and asymptotic1 functionmodel is obtained. The results provide references for the safety of the existing structure in the hoisting process. |
