结合自然实验法和双重差分模型,选取2010-2020年全国各省市相关统计数据,分别从能源消耗、污染物排放、环境治理、建筑业效能四个维度来估计节能政策对我国建筑业产生的影响效应。研究结果显示,节能政策有效提升了我国不同地区的建筑业发展水平。其中,夏热冬冷省市与部分地区夏热冬冷省市有着明显的差异。在能源消耗方面,不同地区节能政策的实施对建筑业能耗水平的影响存在差异;关于污染物排放,节能政策对我国建筑行业的污染物排放有着抑制作用,且不同地区的抑制作用基本一致;我国建筑业的环境治理工作受节能政策影响较小;节能政策对于建筑业效能上的影响在不同地区有所差异,夏热冬冷省市的建筑业效能略低于部分地区夏热冬冷的建筑业效能。 |

Combined with the natural experiment method and difference-in-differences model, the relevant statistical data of each province and city were selected from 2010 to 2020 to estimate the impact of energy-saving policies on the construction industry from four dimensions, namely energy consumption, pollutant emission, environmental governance and efficiency of the construction industry. The results show that the energy-saving policy has effectively improved the development level of construction industry in different areas. Among them, there are obvious differences between the provinces with hot summer and cold winter and some regions with hot summer and cold winter. In terms of energy consumption, the implementation of energy-saving policies in different regions has different impacts on the energy consumption level of the construction industry. Regarding pollutant discharge, energy saving policies have an inhibitory effect on pollutant discharge of building industry in our country, and the inhibition effect in different regions is basically consistent; The environmental governance work of our construction industry is less influenced by the energy-saving policy; The influence of energy-saving policies on the efficiency of the construction industry varies in different regions. The efficiency of the construction industry in the provinces with hot summer and cold winter is slightly lower than that in some regions with hot summer and cold winter. |
