      为了优化预制底板伸出胡子筋造成运输难度大、施工不便等各种问题,提出了一种带预埋角钢连接件的叠合板-钢梁装配式梁板节点,并将其与出筋的装配式梁板节点和不出筋的叠装配式梁板节点进行了低周往复荷载加载试验,并深入分析3组试件的破坏形式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、割线刚度以及能量耗散的差异性,并基于有限元建立了单调荷载下的梁板节点模型,将其与往复荷载下的节点横向抗剪承载力进行对比。结果表明:角钢连接件减小了钢梁与叠合板之间的相对滑移,起到抗剪连接件的作用,提高了钢与混凝土之间的组合效应和抗震性能;设置角钢连接件,避免了叠合板出筋带来的不便;提高了构件的装配化程度。往复荷载下的梁板节点的横向承载力比单向荷载下降低了20.6%;横向荷载下,角钢连接件的根部应力最大,角钢上的钢筋也参与了抗剪工作起到了增强预制层与现浇层的叠合性能的作用,可为此类装配式梁板节点的工程应用提供参考。

      Considering that the prefabricated base slab with out-reinforcement would cause various problems such as difficulty in transportation and inconvenience in construction, A reinforced truss composited slab-steel beam assembly beam-slab joint with pre-buried angle steel connection was proposed, at the same time, it was compared with the prefabricated base slab of out-reinforcement laminated slab-steel beam assembly beam-slab joint and prefabricated base slab of out-unreinforcement laminated slab-steel beam assembly beam-slab joint for transverse low circumferential reciprocal load loading test, The model of beam-plate joint under transverse monotony load is established by finite element method, and the bearing capacity of the joint under reciprocating load is compared. A reinforced truss composited slab-steel beam assembly beam-slab joint had carried on the horizontal low cycle loading test, the damage forms and seismic performance indicators such as hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, secant stiffness and energy dissipation of three groups of joints were analyzed. The results show that: the angle steel connectors play the role of shear connectors, reduce the relative slip between the steel beam and the reinforced truss composited slab, improve the combination effect between steel and concrete and the installation of angle steel connectors avoids the inconvenience of the prefabricated base slab without out-reinforcement the bearing capacity of beam; plate joint under reciprocating load is 20.6% lower than that under unidirectional load; under the transverse load, the root stress of the angle steel connector is the largest and the steel bar on the angle steel also participates in the shear work that plays a role in enhancing the superposition performance of the prefabricated layer and the cast-in-place layer, which can provide a reference for the engineering application of this kind of prefabricated structure.
