| 随着数字化的快速推进，城市社区治理的数字化转向取得了阶段性成果，但同时也暴露出智慧社区项目建设弱项。基于 S 社区的实地调研，呈现了基于“全域治理 + 数字化”的社区基层治理加“数”推进模式转向。但在具体治理实践中尚存概念价值与使用价值失衡、共同体困境、人物鸿沟等既有短板。针对已有治理困境，设计了如下“全域智理”改善策略：既要着眼于人性化的数字技术支撑，又要重视社区与居民间鸿沟的突破以及参与者的能力建设；尝试构建“数字化全域治理框架”，从拓宽多元主体参与渠道、打造良好数字化治理环境等方面优化“全域智理”模式，进而加快实现城市社区治理中全域性与数字化共生并进的治理格局。 |

| With the rapid advancement of digitalization，the digital transformation of urban community governance has achieved phasedresults，but at the same time，it has also exposed the weaknesses of smart community project construction. Based on the field survey ofthe S community，the community grassroots governance plus “digital” promotion model based on “regional intelligent governance +digitalization” is presented. However，in the specific governance practice，there are still existing shortcomings such as the imbalancebetween conceptual value and use value，the community dilemma and the characters gap. In view of the existing governance dilemma，the following “regional intelligent governance” improvement strategy is designed：not only focusing on the support of humanizeddigital technology，but also stressing on the breakthrough of the gap between communities and residents and the capacity building ofparticipants；building a “digital regional governance framework” to optimize the “regional intelligent governance” model from theaspects of broadening the participation channels of multiple subjects and creating a good digital governance environment，consequentlyaccelerating the realization of the governance pattern of regional and digital symbiosis in urban community governance. |
