可持续发展理念是一种获得当今世界各国和各技术领域普遍认可的新型科学发展观,在当前我国大力推广使用装配式结构建筑的背景下,装配式建筑的安全可持续发展日益凸显其重要性。依据全生命周期理论,研究根据装配式建筑的特点将装配式建筑全生命周期分为设计、生产运输、施工、使用与维护、报废与回收 5个阶段,采用文献研读和专家访谈法对使用频度较高的指标进行筛选及调整共得到 36 个指标,从而构建出装配式建筑可持续发展评价指标体系,通过 C-OWA 算子和熵值法得到综合权重,结合云模型理论对装配式建筑可持续发展进行综合评价。 |

The concept of sustainable development is a new type of scientific development concept widely recognized by all countriesand various technical fields in the world. Under the background of vigorously promoting the use of prefabricated structures in China,the safety and sustainable development of prefabricated buildings has become increasingly important.Research based on the theory ofwhole life cycle,according to the characteristics of the prefabricated construction the whole life cycle of prefabricated construction isdivided into design,production transportation,construction,operation and maintenance,scrap and recycling five stages,by themethod of literature study and expert interview,the use of high frequency of screening and adjustment in 36 indicators,so as to builda prefabricated building evaluation index system of sustainable development,through the C-OWA operator and get comprehensiveweighted entropy value method,based on theory of cloud model,prefabricated construction is used to evaluate the sustainabledevelopment. |
