门式刚架(PF)结构因其优异的性能和安装的简单方便而广泛用于工业厂房中。迄今为止,对于PF结构在高温(火灾)下的塑性特征力学的分析较少。以PF结构为研究对象,分析PF结构在高温(火灾)下的塑性力学特征。通过理论计算,得到PF结构在热-力耦合作用下的临界荷载与塑性铰出铰顺序以及发展情况,并同有限元数值分析结果进行分析对比。分析表明,利用有限元数值模拟分析与利用理论计算所得的PS的塑性铰的个数与出铰顺序相比较,结果吻合较好,验证了高温(火灾)下PF结构塑性力学特性分析的准确性,为今后进一步研究高温(火灾)下的PF结构的力学特性提供一定参考。 |

The PF Structure is widely used in industrial plants due to its excellent performance and easy installation. So far, the research on PF Structure is mainly in the elastic state, and there are few analyses on the plastic characteristic mechanics of PF Structure under high temperature (fire). In this paper, the portal frame is used as the object to study and analyze the plastic mechanics characteristics of PF Structure under high temperature (fire). Through theoretical calculations, the critical load and plastic hinge sequence and development of the PF Structure under thermal-mechanical coupling are obtained, and the results are analyzed and compared with the finite element numerical analysis results. The analysis shows that the number of plastic hinges of the PF Structure obtained by the finite element numerical simulation analysis and the theoretical calculation is compared with the hinge sequence, and the results are in good agreement, verifying the plastic mechanics of the PF Structure under high temperature (fire). The accuracy of characteristic analysis provides a reference for further research on the mechanical characteristics of PF Structure under high temperature (fire) in the future. |
