为了模拟出汽车驾驶时的体感,设计了一款电控驾驶运动模拟器。根据汽车行驶中的运动状态,采
用四杆机构原理进行了运动模拟器整体结构设计并建立了三维模型。通过数值模拟方法开展整体结构静力学
和瞬态动力学仿真,并对动静态下的应力应变进行测量,验证了仿真的有效性及机构设计的合理性。本文方
法及结论可为后续运动模拟器的进一步优化设计提供理论数据支持。 |

In order to simulate the car driving somatosensory,the design of an electric driving motion simulator. According
to the motion state of the automobile,the whole structure of motion simulator is designed and three-dimensional
model is established under the principle of four-bar mechanism. Through numerical simulation method,the whole structure
statics and transient dynamics simulation are carried out,and the stress and strain under the static and dynamic
state are measured. and the validity of the simulation and the rationality of the mechanism design are verified. The methods
and conclusions in this paper can provide theoretical data support for the further optimization design of the follow-up
motion simulator. |
