太和三桥为主跨152 m 的下承式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥,吊杆张拉施工时采用无应力状态控制法,以
成桥时吊杆实际内力与设计值的误差小于2% 为目标。由于系杆拱桥吊杆长度较短,张拉时锚头拔出量或回缩
量不易控制,容易产生较大误差,提出将伸缩量换算为张拉力进行施工控制,并对不同的吊杆张拉次序进行
对比分析,确保结构整体受力合理、张拉过程安全。建立全桥有限元模型,分析4 种张拉方案下的成桥吊杆
力、拱肋位移、系梁位移、拱肋应力和系梁应力。结果表明,四种方案的成桥吊杆力与设计成桥吊杆力都相
当接近,相比较而言,方案3 的成桥拱肋线性良好,系梁位移及应力值在张拉过程中变化相对平缓一些。 |

The third Taihe bridge is a concrete-filled steel tubular tied through arch bridge with a main span of 152m,
control of the tension in suspenders by the unstressed status method and aim for that errors of suspender force at finished
stage are less than 2% of design value. Due to the shortness of suspender length,it is difficult to control the
amount of evulsion or retraction displacement of anchorage,or it will tend to produce large errors,so make the stretching
displacement control change into suspender tension control. The tension sequences of the suspender are comparative
analyzed to ensure the reasonable of the force of the overall structure and the safety of the stretching process of the suspender
in the construction. Establishing the finite element model for the whole bridge,the suspender force,displacement
and stress of the arch ribs and tied beam under four schemes were analyzed. The results showed that the suspender force
of the arch bridge are quite close to the design value,by comparison,for the scheme three,the geometric shape of the
arch ribs are good ,the changes of the displacement and stress of the tied beam was relatively gentle. |
