基于FLUENT 软件提供的多相流混合(Mixture)模型,分析储油单元中液固耦合两相流流动的状态,采用理论计算与数值模拟相结合的方法,建立了在液压油回流进储油单元过程中液固耦合两相流动和颗粒沉降的数值模型,讨论了回油管道浸入储油单元中的深度对颗粒沉降的影响。结果表明:当液压油流量一定以及回油管道深度为整个储油单元体积的3/4 时,在储油单元中靠近挡板右侧偏底部的位置,颗粒的体积分数值更大,分布范围更广,沉降效果更明显;对于整个液压系统而言,能更有效地减少固体颗粒对其产生的影响。 |

Based on the mixture model for multiphase flow provided by the FLUENT software,analysis of the state of liquid-solid coupled two-phase flow in the oil storage unit,a numerical model for liquid-solid coupled two-phase flow and particle sedimentation in the process of hydraulic fluid returning to the oil storage unit is established theoretically and numerically. The impact of the depth of oil-piping immersed in the oil storage unit on particle sedimentation is discussed. The results show that when the flow rate of hydraulic oil is constant and the depth of oil-piping is three-quarters of the whole oil storage unit volume,the particle volume fraction is larger near the bottom of the baffle on the right side in the oil storage unit. Furthermore,the distribution range of particle is wider and the impact of particle sedimentation is more pronounced. The affects produced by the particle for the entire hydraulic system can be reduced more effectively. |
