通过对我国跨海大桥桩基础主要设计指标的收集与分析,阐明了桩基础施工过程中的关键技术,并介绍了对偏孔与堵管的判断方法。通过分析表明:(1)钻孔时,可通过连接钻头的钢丝或钻杆判断钻孔中是否产生偏孔;(2)下放钢筋笼时,声测管位置布设在所有主筋的内侧,防止检测声波异常;(3)灌注混凝土时,可根据孔内混凝土表面的气泡及翻滚的声音判断灌注是否顺利。 |

This paper collects and analyzes the main design indices of the pile foundations of China's cross-sea bridges. The key technologies in the process of construction are explored,and the methods for judging the deflection hole and pipe blockage are introduced. The analysis shows that (1) the hole keep vertical or not determined by the wire(drill pipe) with the drill when drilling;(2) the position of acoustic pipe is placed on the inside of reinforcing skeleton to prevent abnormal acoustic wave when sinking reinforcing skeleton;(3) the pour concerte keep smooth or not determined by the air bubble and rolling sound when pouring concrete. |
