| 城市建成区雨污分流改造是一项艰巨而复杂的工程。合肥市排水管理办公室对合肥市 2015～2016 年城市污水处理项目建设与运营情况进行了专项调查，发现合肥市雨污分流不彻底、污水的进水浓度低、化学需氧量(COD)消减水平低于全国及36个大中城市平均值等问题。充分结合合肥市自身特点和相关的专项规划综合研究各项工程措施，政府主管部门、设计单位和施工单位加强管理、大胆采用新技术和新方法，合肥建成区的雨污分流改造工程就一定获得很好的环境效益和社会效益。 |

| The transformation of rain and sewage in urban built-up area is an arduous and complicated project. The Hefei drainage management office carried out a special investigation on the construction and operation of urban sewage treatment projects in Hefei from 2015 to 2016，and found that the problems of the unthorough rain and sewage diversion，the low concentration of sewage water and the reduction level of chemical oxygen demand (COD) in Hefei are lower than the average of the national and 36 large and middle cities. The government departments，design units and construction units should strengthen management and adopt new technology and new methods，combining with the characteristics of Hefei and related special planning，and the new technology and new methods are adopted boldly. The rain and sewage diversion project in the Hefei built-up area will get good environmental and social benefits. |
