本文针对一种输电线路施工中组合式跨越架进行结构设计与分析,该跨越架构件材料分别采用钢材 和铝合金。文中建立了跨越架结构的力学分析模型,用有限元法进行了结构承载力分析。通过对比两种材质 的跨越架结构力学计算结果,可知铝合金跨越架能够达到与钢材相当的承载能力,且铝合金材质具有自重轻、 经济效益好的优点。本文结果可为跨越架结构设计和施工提供一定的借鉴 |

This paper focuses on the design and analysis of a type of combined crossing frame on transmission line stringing. The materials of the structure adopt steel and aluminum alloy respectively. The author builds mechanical analysis model of the structure and analyze its carrying capacity by the finite element method. The results prove that aluminum alloy can achieve the same capacity as steel,and the material of aluminum alloy owns the advantages of low-weight and low-cost. This results provide a good reference for the structure design and construction. |
