针对盘间距、盘数量和盘径对新型扩挤支盘桩竖向承载力影响的问题,设计了 24 组对比模型进行数 值模拟研究。研究表明:新型扩挤支盘桩的最佳盘间距为 1.5d 即支盘对盘下土体的作用范围约为 1 倍盘径,最优盘数为 9 个,盘间距过小和盘数量过多,土体呈贯通剪切破坏状态,这使得桩基竖向承载力降低,盘间距过大和盘体数量过少,均不能充分发挥支盘桩承力的优势导致桩基承载力降低;在盘数量和盘间距一定的条件下,盘径越大,单桩竖向承载力越大,沉降量越小。 |

Based on FLAC3D,analysis the influence about the spacing of branches ,the number of branches and the diameter of branches to the squeezed branch pile with 24 comparison models,. The results show that:to achieved the best in the vertical bearing capacity,the suggested optimal number of branches was 9 and the optimal spacing of branches was 1.5d ,which amount to the action range of the supporting plate to the soil is about 1 times the diameter of the branch . Too many branches or too small spacing between branches,the soil is in the state of through shear failure,and too large spacing between branches or too few branches ,the bearing capacity advantage of the pile can not be used fully,which reduced the vertical bearing capacity of the new support plate pile.Under the condition that the number of plates and the distance between plates are certain,the larger the diameter of the pile is,the bigger the vertical bearing capacity of the pile is and the smaller the settlement is. |
