为了研究花露水等其它护肤品的毒性作用,采用了时间毒性微板分析方法(T=MTA).以蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa, 简称C. pyrenoidosa)为受试生物,3种不同品牌花露水六神、蛇胆和金银花三种花露水为研究对象,测定3种花露水及其混合物在不同暴露时间节点(0、12、24、48、72和96 h)对C. pyrenoidos的生长抑制毒性。应用非线性最小二乘法拟合在不同暴露时间测定的浓度-效应数据。结果表明,随着暴露时间的延长,三种花露水的毒性先急剧增大,然后趋于平稳;在不同的暴露时间,三种花露水的毒性大小也各不相同,金银花和蛇胆花的毒性随时间变化规律相似,但六神花露水的毒性随暴露时间的延长,基本无变化,即不具有时间依赖性;花露水混合物的毒性随时间变化规律也不相同,含有六神花露水的混合物的毒性变化与六神花露水的时间毒性变化规律相似. |

In order to study the toxicity of other skin care products such as toilet water, the time toxicity microplate analysis(T-MTA) method .Taking Chlorella pyrenoidosa (C. pyrenoidosa) as the tested organism,three different brands of toilet water: Liushen, snake gall and Honeysucklewere selected as the research object. The inhibition of the growth inhibition of C. pyrenoidos at three different exposure time points (0, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h) by time-dependent toxicity microplate analysis method. The results showed that with the prolongation of exposure time, the toxicity of three kinds of toilet water increased sharply first and then tended to be stable. The toxicity of three kinds of toilet water also varied at different exposure time. The toxicity of honeysuckle and snakehead flower changed with time similar , But the toxicity of Liushen Flower dew with the extension of exposure time, basically no change, that is not time-dependent; the toxicity of the toilet water mixture changes with time is not the same, the mixture of liu Shenhua dew water toxicity and liu Shenhua dew time toxicity changes The law is similar. |
