结合杭埠河大桥预应力混凝土主跨连续梁支架法施工,阐述采用钻孔桩基础+ 钢管柱+ 贝雷梁支
架+ 碗扣支架施工技术的特殊基础支架及其方案的稳定性验算,钻孔桩基础施工后插入钢管,钢管之间采
用槽钢连接,该项技术解决了软弱地质条件下临时墩基础支架搭设难题,实现临时墩支架基础施工技术的
创新。通过特殊支架基础稳定性计算结果证实,有效地解决了连续梁预压的沉降难题,得到同行专家们的
一致认可,并已经申报省级工法。通过正确组织实施,成功地应用在特殊地质条件下支架施工,对类似地
质条件下支架现浇桥梁施工具有指导意义。 |

Combined with the prestressed concrete Hangbu river bridge main span continuous beam
construction method, in this paper the stability of the special support foundation and the plan of the
construction technology of the bored pile foundation + steel pipe + shell beam support and bowl buckle
bracket is expounded. After construction of bored pile foundation, steel pipe was inserted made up of
channel connection. This technology solves the problem of erection of temporary pier foundation support in
soft geological condition and realizes temporary pier foundation construction technology innovation of the
support. The stability calculation results of special support foundation are confirmed. It effectively solves
the problem of the settlement of the continuous beam preloading and has been recognized by experts, and
has been already declared the provincial law. Through the correct implementation of the organization, it
can be successfully applied under the special geological conditions of bracket construction. It is of guiding
significance for the construction of cast-in-place bridge under similar geological condit ions. |
