      预制夹芯保温墙体是集承重、保温、装饰一体化的复合墙板,主要由内叶墙(承重墙)、保温层、 外叶墙(装饰墙)三部分组成,其中三块墙体之间主要依靠连接件来连接,本文采用对比的方法,运用 ABAQUS 有限元模拟,主要研究两种连接件的抗拉、抗剪以及在实际墙板中的受力情况,对试件的抗拉和 抗剪性能进行验证。证明FRP 连接件抗拉性能优良,抗剪性能一般,在整体墙板中,连接件的受力受到多 种因素影响,主要有自重、风荷载、地震荷载等。在受力情况上,主要表现为上部连接件承受荷载最大, 底部最小。在位移上,与连接件的接触的部分位移最小,整体位移呈现出间隔分布的情形,即连接件嵌入 部分位移最小,水平方向上两组连接件的间隔处位移最大。证明FRP 连接件受力性能完全符合实际工程应 用需求,具有良好的市场应用前景。
英文摘要:
      The prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation wall is a compound wallboard which integrates load - bearing capacity, thermal insulation and decoration. It mainly consists of three parts: inner wythe (load bearing wall), insulating layer and out er wythe (decorative wall). These three walls mainly depend on the connector to joint them. By means of contrast, this thesis utilizes the ABAQUS finite element simulation to mainly research and testify the tensile and shearing resistant performances of these two kinds of connectors, and their stress conditions in the real wallboard are also included. It proves that FRP connector has high tensile but ordinary shearing resistant performances. In the whole wallboard, the stress of the connector is influenced by many factors, which mainly include self-weight, wind load and earthquake load. As for the stress condition, the connector is mainly characterized by the maximal stress load on the top and the minimal stress load at the bottom. With regard to the displacement, the part which contacts the connector has the minimal displacement. The whole displacement presents the interval distribution condition, which means the embedded part of the connector has the minimal displacement, while the interval of the two connectors in a horizontal direction has the maximal displacement. In a conclusion, it is testified that the stress performance of the FRP connector can fully meets the practical needs of engineering application. Moreover, it has a bright prospect for its application in t he market.
