      基于数值分析的方法,首先利用有限元软件LS-DYNA建立跨度4 m、截面尺寸250 mm×500 mm的钢筋混凝土梁有限元模型。然后采用标准配筋方案与4种不同配筋加固方案作为配筋方案、并以跨中最大挠度与整体振动周期作为其评价指标,对爆炸荷载作用下不同配筋方案钢筋混凝土梁的抗爆性能进行了比较。最后按照本文提出的经济系数的概念,对不同配筋方案梁抗爆性能的经济性进行了比较。结果表明:(1)以梁跨中最大挠度作为评价标准并通过与其他4种配筋方案进行比较,采用交叉斜筋的梁在最大药量下的跨中最大挠度最小。 (2)以梁整体振动周期作为评价标准并通过与其他4种配筋方案进行比较,采用交叉斜筋的梁在最大药量下的振动周期最短。(3)通过LS-DYNA软件得到的梁破坏图可以看出,采用交叉斜筋的梁在最大药量下的破坏程度最小,并且钢筋仍然处于弹性阶段。(4)通过对5种不同配筋方案梁的经济性进行分析,采用交叉斜筋的梁在含钢量较小的情况下可有效地减少梁的跨中最大挠度。综上所述,采用交叉斜筋的配筋方案能够有效地提高混凝土梁的抗爆性能与限制梁两侧裂缝的发展,同时具有较好的经济性。
英文摘要:
      Based on numerical method, RC-beam finite element models with length of 4m,cross section of 250 mm×500 mm are established by LS-DYNA software.Taking standard reinforcement scheme and 4 different reinforcement schemes as reinforcement schemes and using the middle section max-displacement and vibration period as evaluation index, the anti-explosion performance of RC-beams with different reinforcement schemes are compared under blast load.Finany, economy of RC-beams with different reinforcement schemes are compared according to the concept of economic coefficient proposed in this paper. The result shows that: (1) Taking max-displacement as evaluation index and compared with other 4 schemes, the max-displacement of beam with diagonal bars is the smallest. (2) Taking vibration period as evaluation index and compared with other 4 schemes,the vibration period of beam with diagonal bars is the shortest.(3) The beam damage figure form LS-DYNA software shows that the degree of damage of beam with diagonal bars is the smallest under the largest charge and the steel bar is still in the elastic stage. (4) Though the economic analysis of 5 different schemes RC-beam, the beam with cross bar can reduce max-displacement effectively with less steel content. In summary, the scheme using diagonal bars can effectively improve the antiknock performance of RC-beams and the development of crack is well constrained on both sides of those beams.
