新经济发展的趋势,迫切需要新型工科人才支撑。现代工程实践的社会化、综合化特性,使单纯的工程教育模式已无法满足经济、社会发展对工程技术人才的需求。以工程文化的视角统观高等工科教育已成趋势。从工程文化基地、工程文化课程、工程文化环境和工程文化研究的四维视角,构建工程文化教育体系,化有限为无限,化单一为多元,化有形为无形,化理念为体系,培养高素质工程师。 |

It requires the new type of engeering talents with the development of new economy . The socialization and integration of modern engineering practice make it impossible for the pure model of engineering education to satisfy the demand for engineering technical talents in the development of economy and society, thus a tendency to view higher engineering education from the prospective of engineering culture. The article suggests that we construct a system of engineering cultural education, we change from singleness to diversity , we change from the intangible into the tangible and we change from idea into system from the angles of engineering cultural base, engineering cultural curriculum, engineering cultural environment and engineering cultural research so as to foster engineers of high quality? |
