      本文以望江县为例,通过阐释县级城市户外广告的现状和存在的问题,反思现有规划控制体系与规划编制方法,总结出规范性制度建设相对滞后、规划设计内容缺乏深度等主要问题,继而从宏观到微观分别提出补充规划编制纲要、规范规划编制内容、因地制宜营造特色、激发活力、织补空间等适合县级城市户外广告规划编制策略的方向性建议。
英文摘要:
      Taking Wangjiang county as an example,this paper introduces situation of outdoor advertising plans of city at county level. By reviewing the present control system and methods of outdoor advertising plan,we summarize some main problems of the outdoor advertisement, such as delaying in institutional building of technical code and lack of depth in contents of the plan. Then we give some directional suggestions from the view of microcosmic to macrocosmic: fitting outdoor advertisements planning strategies of county-cities through adding outline,standardizing contents,creating characteristics,stimulating vitality and darning space of adaptation to local conditions .
