辨析城市生态用地、构建生态安全格局,进而提出城镇空间发展指引,对于城市生态保护与空间规划具有重要意义。本研究以山水文化型城市黄山市为例,运用高分辨率遥感影像识别生物多样性、水资源安全、地质灾害、历史文化保护4个层面的生态用地,采用GIS空间分析技术并基于多因子综合评价,将生态用地划分为极重要、较重要、一般重要3个级别。以底线型生态用地为源,利用最小累积阻力模型,获得黄山市高、中、低不同安全水平的生态安全格局。除去“源”与低安全格局的生态用地,城市可建设用地为355km2,满足2030年城市总体规划用地规模需求。最后,在生态安全格局基础上,提出黄山市城镇空间发展指引。 |

As the urban ecological protection and spatial planning, identifying urban ecological land, establishing ecological security pattern, and proposing urban spatial development guidelines are very crucial. In this paper, Huangshan City, which is a landscape-culture type city, is taken as a case. We separated ecological lands into four types, including biological diversification, water resource security, geological disaster and historical culture preservation using the high-resolution remote sensing image. Moreover, we classified the importance of ecological lands into three levels (extreme, moderate, and common) by GIS spatial analysis method. We selected the extremely important level of ecological land as the source. Then we gained ecological security pattern of Huangshan City at different safety levels with minimum cumulative resistance model. Beside the ‘Source’ and low security pattern of land, the city construction land will be 355km2, and it is enough to the demand of land in urban master planning at 2030. Combining such pattern with ecological influence and the evaluation of potential construction land, we propose urban spatial development guidelines of Huangshan city |
