      我国高速铁路建设发展迅速的同时也加剧了高铁噪声对沿线居民的生活影响,现有的普通铁路噪声相关分析评价方法不能很好地适用于高铁噪声评估研究。本文选取京沪高铁安徽段为研究对象,采用模糊综合评判方法来评估高铁噪声对居民的影响,考察了受影响人群的心理干扰和生理干扰程度,以及高铁噪声暴露实测值等影响因素,经过全面的阐述剖析与具体的量化数值计算,得出了在京沪高铁安徽段的居民受噪声影响为轻度的结论。很大程度上这也为高铁噪声评估方法提供了新的参考依据。
英文摘要:
      China's high-speed railway construction has developed rapidly, which consequently aggravates the noise impact of high-speed railway on the lives of residents along the railway lines. The existing correlation analysis and evaluation method of conventional railway noise can not be well applied to the research of high-speed railway noise evaluation. This paper, with the Anhui section of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway selected as the object of study, adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of high-speed rail noise on residents, investigates the psychological disturbances and physiological function interference of affected population and takes factors of noise actual measured values into consideration. Then, this paper draws a conclusion that the high-speed railway noise has a mild and light impact on the residents along the Anhui section of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway lines. To a large extent, it also provides a new reference for assessing and evaluating high speed rail noise .
