精益建造追求“零浪费、零等待、零缺陷、零返工,零故障、零灾害”的终极目标,以流的控制为核心理论,较传统的施工管理方式,更侧重于对施工过程的控制。文章构建以检验批为最小单元的精益施工过程管理绩效评价指标体系,运用三角模糊函数综合评价法求得各项指标的权重。以此确定各级指标标准化评价值的计算方法和评价准则,并及时提出改进措施用于下一个评价单元,形成过程控制的良性循环。最后通过案例验证评价体系的科学性及合理性。 |

Lean construction pursues the ultimate aim of “zero waste, zero waiting, zero defect, zero rework, zero failure, zero disaster”, and takes flow control as core theory. It lays particular emphasis on the process control of construction compared with traditional construction management mode. Based on above basis, the indicator system of performance in lean construction process management was established,with inspection lot as the smallest unit, and the weight of each indicator was determined by triangle fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Based on above basis, it presents calculation method of standardized evaluation value of each indicator and established the corresponding evaluation criteria, so the measures for improvement can be presented in time to the following evaluation unit and the virtuous circle of process control will be created. Ultimately,The scientificalness and rationality of this appraisal system is supported by a case study. |
