| ：以合肥市某在建工程为研究对象，运用价值工程方法对其绿色模板施工方案进行优化，经过优化后的绿色施工方案与原施工方案相比不仅施工成本降低了40万元，绿色模板施工方案也更加完善，同时还大幅度的减少了对周边环境的影响及资源与能源的消耗。研究结果表明：运用价值工程进行绿色施工方案的优化，可以在保证工程功能的基础上合理的降低施工成本，达到功能和成本双赢目的。 |

| A project under construction in Hefei as the research object, we optimize the Green template construction scheme by using value engineering method；compared with the original construction scheme, the optimizatedy green construction scheme not only reduced the cost of construction by 400000 yuan, but also is more perfect. Meanwhile it also greatly reduces the influence on surrounding environment and the consumption of resources and energy. The results show that: using value engineering in green construction scheme optimizationcan reduce construction cost reasonably on the basis of guaranteeing the engineering function , therefore a win-win situation in both the purpose of function and cost can be achieved of. |
